Our main objective is the product's care. This originates in the field, where we select Argentine producers who have rigorous health plans that are endorsed by the corresponding entities. By doing so, we are able to obtain the most suitable pigs to satisfy the needs of our clients, after arriving at our new plant "LA MARTINA" in which we have a complete stripping line.

 

The plant complies with all current sanitary requirements, authorization from SENASA, ONCCA and the corresponding municipal regulations.

Currently the firm LA MARTINA is in constant motion, acquiring a number of collaborators in the different stages of pig production.

We have modern and automated equipment, including a freezing tunnel with exemplary characteristics, always available for our clients to come and visit, offering cuts with excellent qualities for industry and consumption.
